No tech speak, no complicated onboarding. Here's exactly what happens when you work with us.
We meet
We start with an in-person or video conversation, no forms, no automated questionnaires. We want to understand your business, your customers, and what's been frustrating you about your current online presence (or lack of one).

You bring the brand, we handle everything else
Once we agree on the plan, we get to work. We'll need a few things from you, but most of the heavy lifting is ours.
- Your logo (or we help point you toward one)
- Photos of your work, space, or team if you have them
- A short list of your core services or products
- Any colors or style notes you care about
You go live, in two weeks
We review the site together, make any final adjustments, and flip the switch. Your site is live, fast, mobile-friendly, and ready to be found in local search.
- Final walkthrough with you before launch
- Domain connection and DNS setup
- Google Business Profile setup or optimization
- Site submitted to Google Search Console
What $30/month covers
Launch is just the beginning. The monthly fee keeps your site running, maintained, and in good hands.
Hosting & infrastructure
Your site runs on fast, reliable hosting. We monitor it so you don't have to think about it.
One minor fix per month
Hours change, a menu item needs updating, you add a service. Included at no extra charge.
Uptime monitoring
We get alerted if your site ever goes down, and we handle it before you even notice.
Security & updates
Platform and dependency updates are our responsibility. Your site stays current.
Need something bigger? Major changes are quoted separately, transparently, before any work begins.
Straight answers
What if I don't have photos or a logo?
We work with what you have. Stock photography, icon-based layouts, and clean typography can carry a site a long way. If you want custom photography later, we can incorporate it, but it's not a blocker for launch.
What counts as a 'minor fix'?
Text changes, adding or updating a menu item, swapping a photo, adjusting hours or contact info: anything that takes under an hour. We're generous with this. If something comes up more than once a month we'll talk about it, but we don't nickel-and-dime.
What if I need a bigger change after launch?
Major content additions, new page sections, or structural changes are scoped and quoted separately. We're straightforward about pricing before we start any work. No surprises.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own the domain, the content, and the design. The $30/month covers hosting and maintenance. If you ever move on, we'll help with the transition.
Will my site actually show up on Google?
We build with local SEO in mind from the start: proper page structure, fast load times, location-based content, and Google Business Profile setup. That said, search ranking takes time and depends on competition in your area. We set you up for success; the algorithm does the rest.
Can you work with businesses outside the East Valley?
Yes. We prefer to meet clients in person when possible, so local is our sweet spot, but we work with businesses throughout the Phoenix metro and beyond. If you're further out, we do everything over video.
